I'm an engineering leader. I've spent a decade shipping products in finance, wallets, crypto rails, and AI systems. I care about reliability, security, and the quiet details that keep things from breaking at scale.

Over the years I've led teams, built protocols, and shipped infrastructure used by millions. I like starting from first principles, staying a little paranoid about security, and working closely with founders and engineers until the thing actually works.

These days I'm building at Stabyl. On the side I make things like Cookie OS and Portwappa, advise early products, teach when I can, and invest in builders I believe in.

I've spent time at places like Crypto.com, Fairside, and Yellowcard. Outside work I like reading, good conversations, and making things that feel useful.
